Homemade Bread
Ingredients
- 500g strong white bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp golden caster sugar
- 7g yeast
- 300ml lukewarm distilled water
This weeks cooking class involved making homemade bread. At Tall Trees we value the importance of cooking with all ages. Cooking with children improves vocabulary, enhances fine motor skills, develops early mathematical concepts and teaches necessary life skills.
